During the Fall (School year 2012-2013) we will be running a series of social media workshops through out the Western School Board for Junior High school girls and parents. The underlying theme is "Using Social Media For Good."
Meanwhile, we all know there are many youth and adults alike that use social media to harm themselves and others - whether it is intentional or a lack of understanding the importance of protecting your digital footprint (your online reputation).
At this point, we are looking for some case studies - some real live examples of how social media has been used for good - and how it was used to harm. Below are the learning objectives.
