I am excited to announce that through SWEET SPOT ACADEMY I am joining the snapd PEI team under the leadership of Keith MacLean as the Community Builder for Western Prince Edward Island.
snapd Prince Edward Island is a FREE monthly print publication and website specializing in a "non-political" friendly and entertaining photographic view of living in our community. Big or small, we cover them all from home, business, birthday and surprise parties, sporting events, business openings, festivals & concerts and all aspects of life in the community. Our only rule? It has to be 100% positive! We also include an upcoming events calendar and have the functionality to create and promote tickets (free and paid) for all of your local events. We are excited to launch the first issue of snapd PEI in January 2018.

A health and wellness company in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island has an immediate employment opportunity in Business Development. The role of the successful candidate is to create long-term value for the organization by developing customers, markets, and relationships.

This role revolves around good communication and involves identifying sales leads, pitching goods and services to new clients, and maintaining a good working relationship with new contacts.



Duties Include:
  • Set sales targets, define strategy to achieve targets, and follow the set strategy punctually
  • Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings
  • Maintain Sales Lists and a Contact Management database
  • Provide management with feedback
  • Network with the business community
  • Deliver corporate presentations
  • Deliver public presentations
